Its good news!

It looks as though she's as healthy as possible, and though she'll probably live a shorter than normal life she should be able to be healthy and happy for quite a while. The most likely prognosois is that her mother was infected with FeLeuk, and it passed to her while she was in the uterus. This doesn't mean she has it, in fact it gives her immunity to it, though due to her early exposure to the disease she has neurological issues, such as the head tilt.

I'm going to take her back in when she is old enough to be spayed, and we'll get her reassessed then. But for now: YAY!
